Just had my loan approved for my first fix and turn project. It is a
relatively light rehab and I went with a local bank loan on a 3 yr
balloon note, with low closing costs. They said they don't do escrow
so I would have to pay my own taxes and insurance, which isn't a
problem. I'm trying to figure out what kind of an insurance policy I
need to carry on the property while I'm having the repairs done
(probably 1-2 months) and before I sell it. Does anyone have any
suggestions or ideas?
