Investing in anything can be risky and there's as much money lost as made with poor portfolio management. There's no such thing as a risk-free investment - whatever the publicity and hype says. Generally, the more expansive the promises, the greater the risk and the claims of quick and easy returns are the ones that are most likely to be broken but, with good and careful methodology, there are some sound investment opportunities around - Real Estate in Sarasota Florida is one of the best of them.

Thanks for the info, Rick.

Our agent finally figured out how to retrieve the data. It surprises me that
she never did this before (considering she's been "in the business" for 21
years). It turns out only one person viewed our house over a 2 week period,
so we obviously need to lower the price to get more traffic (says our
agent). Cross your fingers and wish us a quick sale!

Thanks,

Dave

Dave,

There's several lockbox/keypad systems out there so it's hard to give
specific directions without knowing which lockbox/keypad system your
agent's MLS is using.  But all systems like this have this feature.

I'd suggest a couple of options:

- ask your agent to get the information on how to download the
information from her local MLS (or Realtors Association).  They'll have
directions she can follow (it's not that hard).

If she balks at this, you can remind her (how gently is up to you) that
she has an obligation under your listing contract to respond to such a
request.

- or, call your agent's broker and ask that (s)he talk to the agent and
get the agent the training/directions she needs.  It's a legitimate
request and the broker is similarly obligated to comply with your
request.

Hope that your agent excels in other ways (grin).
