We're selling our house and have accepted an offer from a buyer. What are
the buyer's rights during the inspection period? Are we obligated to let
them into our house to take measurements after they accept the offer but
before the home inspection? Do we have to let the gas company into our house
so they can provide the buyers with an estimated cost for installing an
external gas line to a potential BBQ grill? Do we have to allow the buyers
such access after the inspection?

I ask this, because our agent tells us that we must oblige these buyer's
requests to sell the house. The problem is, I'm currently living in this
house with a 18-month old son and it is very inconvenient to have people in
our home constantly. I understand that we must do certain things to sell the
house, but what are the limits?
