I am amazed when I read this forum to discover that some or perhaps
many of you are able to take out home equity loan or refinance to
purchase more investment properties. I'm sure it's the area, but there
is no way I can purchase an investment property now in my area without
having a huge negative cash flow problem. We also don't have the
higher income as some of you to absorb the shock. Although we have
substantial equity in our two properties, there is no way we can
purchase any more in our area without being able to sleep at nights.
