damages.  It gives them the choice of either that or other remedy,
which would be to sue you for their actual damages....

But if the market keeps going up and they sell it to somebody else for
same or more, then there can indeed be liability but zero dollars
damages.

This is why you need a lawyer rather than continuing to post here
looking for people to tell you what you want to hear.
